99 Hydration LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LLP Foreman mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

The short version: we don't collect your data. The App runs entirely on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

LLP Foreman is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

  • No account creation or login required

  • No personal information collected (no name, email, phone number, or address)

  • No usage analytics or tracking

  • No cookies or tracking technologies

  • No advertising or ad networks

  • No third-party analytics services (no Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar)

  • No data transmitted to external servers

Device Permissions

The App may request access to the following device features. All data from these features stays on your device and is never transmitted externally.

Motion & Accelerometer The App uses your device's accelerometer and gyroscope sensors (CoreMotion) to measure ladder angle in real time. This sensor data is processed locally on your device and is not stored or transmitted.

Camera The App may request camera access for augmented reality (AR) angle detection features. Images and video from your camera are processed on-device in real time and are never captured, stored, or transmitted.

Data Storage

All App data — including safety reports, angle measurements, risk assessments, and coaching results — is generated and stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

PDF safety reports generated within the App are saved to your device only. You control whether and how you share these reports.

Third-Party Services

LLP Foreman does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, APIs, or servers. The App operates fully offline.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age, as we do not collect information from any users.
